Consultation Services

A consultation that is most suitable for a buyer/ investor will allow you to evaluate several structures without paying the cost for a home inspection report. A consultation that is most suitable for a seller allows us to acknowledge the necessary repairs to be made, before the home is to go on the market. It will also allow us to know the condition of the structure and what to expect from other home inspections. A realtor consultation will allow us to know the condition of an existing listing. The home inspector is available for an open house, to speak with potential buyers on the condition of the home.
